Data deletion

If you connected with Finding My Bearings through Facebook, Instagram, Threads or another social platform, you can ask us to delete any data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

Email hello@findingmybearings.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the name or username of the account you used.

What we delete

• Your name, username and profile details received from the platform.

• Comments and messages of yours that we stored to reply to.

• Any analytics records linked to your account.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
